We're here to make sure your experience with our service is smooth and secure. Let's break down the legalese into a more understandable format:

Impro Fintech Provisions

The term "you" or "your" refers to any individual or organization using the Service ("Users"). Impro Fintech, "we," "our," "Partners," or "our" collectively refer to Impro Fintech and its subsidiaries, Partners. We act as the bridge to help you achieve your goals by providing services in collaboration with licensed financial businesses, banks, and other institutions, collectively known as our "Partners."

We offer a range of information technology services and tools for seamless internet payments. It's important to note that the actions of our Partners delivering the service are not directly attributed to Impro Fintech.

Our services include technical assistance, transaction management tools, account creation support, troubleshooting guidance, and information about payment statuses. We aim to offer a comprehensive suite of online payment options.

Our agreement, referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement," governs your use of the Impro Fintech Software and related services. If you're not on board with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Before joining Impro Fintech, take the time to read, agree to, and accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. This includes terms incorporated by reference and those specifically stated here. We recommend reading all pages and websites mentioned, as they may contain additional terms applicable to you as a Impro Fintech user.

Legality

To utilize our service, you'll need to create an account. Each user is limited to one account, and only individuals or organizations capable of forming legally binding contracts according to relevant laws can use our services. Minors or those legally incapable are not permitted to use our service.

You're granted the right to use Impro Fintech Service, the Website, and its contents for personal use only, in accordance with the Terms and applicable laws. This right is non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-assignable.

Any inappropriate use violating these terms will be considered a breach and may have consequences for you.

We're committed to ensuring your transactions are secure and straightforward at Impro Fintech. If you have any questions or concerns about our Terms and Conditions, feel free to reach out. Let's make your payment experience with us a positive one!

Legal Relationship

At Impro Fintech, we're all about making online payments a breeze. Here's the lowdown on the legal side in simpler terms:

We provide the tools and software for online payment processing, teaming up with our Partners to help you send and receive payments. When you use our services and give us instructions, our Partners act as your representatives, carrying out tasks on your behalf.

You get that our Partners are the ones handling payment processing, while Impro Fintech acts as the trusty payment gateway. Your money is yours, and our Partners work as agents and custodians—no stand-ins for your hard-earned cash. Keep in mind, though, that you won't earn interest or other payments if our Partners handle your money.

Designating our Partners as your agents, you initiate payments through Impro Fintech, entrusting them to receive funds on your behalf and make payments to your designated recipients. Until the recipient accepts the money, it's yours, but you won't be able to withdraw or send it elsewhere until the original transaction is sorted.

If a refundable payment instrument is used, you agree not to use the chargeback right unless there's unauthorized use or a violation of our Terms of Use. Cancelling transactions for reasons like disagreements with retailers or insufficient funds is a no-go, and you may be billed for any related costs.

Rules of Engagement

Chargebacks have limits. If the chargeback rate exceeds 1% of total transactions in a month, we and our Partners might have to part ways, closing your account and settling any remaining funds within 540 days.

You can't promote "chargebacks" or "refunds" to your clients, and we have the authority to automatically deduct potential losses from your account until it's clear that your account is secure.

Your Consent Matters

We have your permission to allow third parties to verify your KYC. Don't worry; they'll use the info strictly for verification purposes and in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Follow the rules

Using Impro Fintech services for illegal activities like drugs, weapons, or discriminatory practices is a no-no. Your data and activities must be honest, not involve fraudulent goods, and comply with all laws and rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse collaboration without explanation if we feel it's necessary.

Ending the Journey

You can stop using Impro Fintech anytime by reaching out to [email protected] for support. If all requirements for fund withdrawal are met, you'll get any funds our Partners are holding on your behalf at the time of account closure.

The Nitty-Gritty

We, along with our Partners, have the authority to amend information, block money, establish reserves, limit access, and even terminate your account if necessary.

Information Seeking

We may seek necessary information for fraud and AML monitoring, as well as to contest financial claims.

We're here to make transactions easy, but we also need to ensure everything is fair and secure. If you have questions, reach out to [email protected]. Let's keep it transparent and smooth at Impro Fintech!

Rights To Intellectual Property

At Impro Fintech, we take pride in our identity, so let's break down the legal talk:

Our name, logos, and everything that makes us Impro Fintech are like our fingerprints—unique and protected. You can't copy, mimic, or use them without our prior written consent.

Page titles, visuals, button icons, and scripts are like our secret sauce—owned by Impro Fintech and off-limits for duplication or use without our say-so.

Please don't tweak or use our logos in a way that might offend us or suggest sponsorship. We're just your gateway, not your employer or partner.

Decision Making

Using Impro Fintech Service is entirely up to you, and with great power comes great responsibility. You're in charge, and any loss or harm from your use is on you.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is the captain of our ship when it comes to using Impro Fintech Service. Think of these Terms as the crew, working together to keep things sailing smoothly.

Disclaimer Of Liability

By using our Service, you're agreeing that we're not responsible for any acts that might happen as a result.

We're putting it out there loud and clear: all claims and warranties regarding Impro Fintech are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Change Of Conditions Of Use

Change is the only constant. We might tweak these Terms, but we'll keep you posted. If you're not on board with the changes, you can part ways with us.

By continuing to use Impro Fintech Services, you're giving a nod to the updated Terms.

Procedure

If we need to notify you, we'll send an email. If you don't get it, we'll consider it sent 24 hours after posting or sending. Keep your details updated.

Legal Disputes

Disagreements? Let's chat before things get legal. We're open to alternative dispute resolution processes like mediation.

Court

If talks don't cut it, any claim can be settled in an Indian court with the right jurisdiction. Let's keep it fair.

Application

We can't promise a glitch-free ride. If one part of these Terms doesn't hold up, the rest still stands. Also, if Impro Fintech changes hands in a merger or acquisition, this Agreement might tag along.
